This was a fun Launch. Everyone got to go through their stash to come up with an outfit. The only thing we were allowed to purchase was thread, elastic, etc. The two bidders who won sets from me were entered into the contest to win a prize from PB&J.

Sweet SouthernBelle has been MIA recently due to some personal health issues with my Mom, I hope to get back into the 'groove' very very soon.

I just love how my newest design came together for the MemoryLane RUNWAY LAUNCH.

Sweet Sassy Gingerbread...It's perfect for the upcoming Holidays!

Be the FIRST ( and only) to capture sweet memories of your little beauty in my newest One of A Kind 3pc (shirred top, Beret, three tiered ruffle skirt) Christmas Design. (shirt not included)

Delightful Sweet Angel Cakes Gingerbread House highlights jumper bodice. Shoulder straps are adjustable and button in the back either criss-crossed or straight from the V at front neck which has a hand fashioned m2m flower. Two little bows were sewn/attached to each side of the top for that sassy look.

Shirred top makes this set versatile so it will adjust to a couple of sizes, 3-5 and the three tiered ruffl skirt is full of twirl power, because I used plenty of fabric!

I love making these "oh-so-Chic Berets." They are lined, have a two-inch elastic enclosed at the back of the headband to adjust size from 19-12 inch circumference. The adorable M2M attached double flower was hand-fashioned by me, and topped with a covered button.

I take great care in every outfit that I make! All clothing is surged and professionally finished. All items are handmade by me in a smoke/Pet free home!

And most of the Boutique Fashion world, will recognize that little cutie modeling for my Runway Launch... That's Ferry! Her mom, of Christie Archer Photography, did a great job of capturing the Sweet and Sassy, for this delightful Gingerbread holiday set.

Wow! Did TRENDYTWINZ have fun with this photoshoot! I listed casual loungewear Sister's matching sets as a guest with Boutique Rascals. This was a fun SLUMBER PARTY launch. A neat two piece pants set with sash and a really roomy long sleeve gown. Both are size 4/5 and made from "Monkey Playing" mint check flannel. (Not intended for children's Sleepwear)...just having FUN at a slumber party or watching tv with family! Check them out on eBAY.

Haute Couture Sweet Spot Launch

I had a blast creating matching Sister Sets for the HC Sweet Spot Launch. I was fascinated with Kaufman's Lollipop designer fabric and twins, Jenna and Jayden were just little dolls having so much fun twirling in them for Mom, Latifa, who is the fab photographer behind the lens. Together, they make the designs 'come alive' with awsome props and backgrounds. Check them out at TrendyTwinz & Co.

Also, PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE COLLAGE Slide presentation at the bottom of this BLOG, I have had several designs lately and TrendyTwinz & Co has done a marvelous job of keeping up with me. I did post the pix with this message, so you could see the twins after the photoshoot...they just couldn't wait to taste the BIG LOLLIPOPS that their Mom promised them! So cute. Looks like it must have been good! :-)

I am really proud of the designs and photography. There were just too many to post, because I have really been neglectful of my Blog, lately. But I am going to try to do better. I promise.

Stonehill Collection

I will be slowly (and I do mean slowly :-) introducing a collection to my designs. It will be called "Stonehill Collection". I wanted a design that is casual, comfortable, adjustable, and most importanly, "Sweet" looking.

The first in this line was modeled by a real cutie (and she qualifies 'as a real Southern Belle'). She lives right here in the South! She is the grandaughter of the fab photographer, of Mi*Lolli Photography. The photos were just fabulous and really brought this debut set to life. I designed a m2m tie for big brother, but, it was a tad too big. Sorry, Brady...but you were a real sport to model it anyway! Thank you! :-)

Look for more designs in the collection; hopefully before we all get too busy with the hectic Holidays ahead.

Butterfly Kisses Boutique now has a new name...
Sweet Southern Belle.

After an extended leave from the boutique world, I decided it was time for a fresh approach and new boutique look.

My new "Sweet*Southern Belle" style captures the nostalgia of yesterday and brings it forward for today's little girl, often with a mix of modern or sassy twist. Perhaps even a bit of whimsy now and then. I just love to sew using lots of frills, ruffles, and bows. The more girly, the better!

It's my goal to create dainty, unique designs that will offer affordability, and quality. I hope their uniqueness will make your little princess feel as "sweet as a southern belle".
